2009 Conference Program Outline

Silent Auctions Items Needed.  To insure the success of this once-a-year event, we ask you to consider donating an item.  It may be something that you have received, but haven’t used or something that you solicit from a neighbor who has a serious connection, perhaps grandmother made too many quilts last year, or your father made one too many birdhouses this week, your family has timeshare weeks that aren’t being used, etc.  You get the picture?  Funds raised from the sale of items will be used to offset the cost of Oley programs.  Write bishopj@mail.amc.edu to discuss.  Thanks.

 The confirmed conference faculty and exhibitor lists have been posted along with a list of additional sessions being offered.  Enjoy a visit to www.oley.org

 We are currently in a sold out situation at the Trade Winds.  If you are planning to join us but haven’t made your reservations, consider contacting the hotel to see if you can be put on a wait list or keep checking back with them.  There are usually a few last minute cancellations.  It’s quite a gathering and worth the effort!!  We may also be able to help you secure a room at an alternative hotel.  Do not hesitate to call (800) 776.6539.
