The Oley Foundation Privacy Policy

The Oley Foundation is very protective of members' right to privacy. All consumer/patient information is held in the strictest of confidence. Consumer names, addresses, telephone numbers and other personal information will not be sold or shared with any company or organization for any reason. For safe-keeping the database is stored and protected within a computer firewall.

Mailing labels are prepared in-house and sent to our mailing service for the purpose of sending the newsletter and other Oley mailings only. We have been assured that this mailing service is also respectful of our members right to privacy.

When a member chooses to share contacting information by responding to a mailing, raffle, survey, etc. the landscape changes and members should be aware of that.

The Oley Foundation will share a consumer's name and contacting information with other consumers for networking purposes, but only after getting permission from the consumer first.
